Resltess Leg syndrome is a nervous condition though. My husband used to suffer with it, and even after going through basic training in the Army and being out on field maneuvers all the time, he couldn't keep his leg still. It was always one or the other of his legs, never both at the same time. I would just reach out and put my hand on his knee and say, "calm down." That made him aware of it. After we had been married for about four years it stopped. My daughter does the same thing. It's really weird!
And they drink caffine at night, or exercise late(I've seen them jogging) and that causes the body to not relax, lives are backwards, so it makes sense that everything is out of whack! Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!
The restless legs thing is pretty odd. I saw a commercial for it once.
I have a great-aunt who diagnoses herself with every nervous/nuero condition in the book. About a week after those commercials started, she suddenly had the 'disorder'. HAHAHAHA!

I admit to having a fondness for coffee frappuccino... But I do try to make it a rare treat.
